Hello, living beings! Today I'm going to tell you about this miniseries or limited series, Trese, a weird thing that is not as weird or as good as I came to think it would be, but it entertains and gets to play with our mind and the assumptions we make about what we think is going to happen.
Trese is going to be set in Manila, a city in the Philippines where monsters live in the same world as humans, both worlds coexisting thanks to the Lakan, Alexandra Trese, the one currently responsible for keeping the treaties and the war between the two worlds from breaking out.
¡Hola, seres vivos! Hoy les voy a hablar de esta miniserie o serie limitada, Trese, una cosa rara que no es tan rara ni tan buena como llegué a pensar que sería, pero entretiene y llega a jugar con nuestra mente y las suposiciones que hacemos sobre lo que creemos que va a suceder.
Trese va a estar situado en Manila, una ciudad en filipina donde los monstruos viven en el mismo mundo que los humanos, ambos mundos coexistiendo gracias al Lakan, Alexandra Trese, la actual responsable de mantener los tratados y que la guerra entre ambos mundos no se desate.
I really liked this mystery and fantasy series, but there wasn't a single scene that made me love it completely, no matter how amazing it was, because it was. The animation is very well done and something that I value a lot, even if it makes me laugh to say it, is that even if it is the hair and any object that crosses the eyebrows and eyes of the characters, if the animation meets that requirement I like it, because when it does not happen I spend more time thinking about the eyebrow that looks above everything and I forget about the plot of whatever I'm watching.
This story plagued with mysteries, deaths, and a very restrained comedy is well done, it has its plowtists that can seem very forced, but when you see the development through the six chapters you can see that they are well done, giving only the right and necessary information, without revealing everything because it would be difficult to discover it.
Esta serie de misterio y fantasía me gusto muchísimo, pero no hubo ni una sola escena que me hiciera amarla por completo, sin importar que haya sido increíble, porque lo fue. La animación está muy bien hecha y algo que valoro mucho, aunque me de risa decirlo, es que aunque sea el cabello y cualquier objeto que se atraviese le tapa las celas y los ojos a los personajes, si la animación cumple con ese requisito ya me gusta, porque cuando no sucede paso más tiempo pensando en la ceja que se ve por encima de todo y me olvido de la trama de lo que sea que esté viendo.
Esta historia plagada de misterios, muertes, y una comedia muy comedida está bien hecha, tiene sus plowtists que pueden llegar a parecer muy forzados, pero al ver el desarrollo a través de los seis capítulos se nota que están bien hechos, dando solo la información justa y necesaria, sin llegar a revelarte todo pues sería difícil descubrirlo.
The monsters, gods and supernatural creatures shown on screen are perfect, I loved them too much, the ghosts, swamp monsters, creatures made of electricity or fire, brutal, and their development through the story is very well done, the bad guys who are very bad, the good guys who are manipulated and the good guys who give up their lives to defend what they believe in, I liked them a lot.
Alexandra Trese is going to be her all the time even if it seems like she is being manipulated, doing whatever it takes to keep the peace treaties is one of her reasons for existing, and even if it seems like she never had a choice because she belongs to the Lakan bloodline, she is going to prove time and time again that she is doing what she believes is right and even if in the past things have been better, it doesn't mean she is wasting her time.
Los monstruos, dioses y criaturas sobrenaturales mostradas en pantalla están perfectos, me encantaron demasiado, los fantasmas, monstruos del pantano, criaturas hechas de electricidad o fuego, brutales, y su desarrollo a través de la historia está muy bien hecho, los malos que son muy malos, los buenos que son manipulados y los buenos que dan hasta la vida por defender lo que creen, me gustaron mucho.
Alexandra Trese va a ser ella todo el tiempo aunque parezca que está siendo manipulada, hacer lo que sea para mantener los tratados de paz es una de sus razones de existir, y aunque parezca que nunca tuvo opción por pertenecer a la linea sanguínea de los Lakan, ella va a demostrar una y otra vez que hace lo que cree correcto y aunque en el pasado las cosas hayan sido mejores, no significa que está perdiendo su tiempo.
eI loved her companions, who call her Jefa, they are children of the god of war, Datu Talagbusao, the greatest enemy they will face and from whom they will have to take care of the world, because although he loves war, what he wants is its destruction and he will do whatever he wants to get it.

I promise you will like it, maybe not in the first minutes, because I didn't like the first minutes either, but as the chapters go by it gets better and better, there is always a problem to solve and things get too horrible before they are solved or not, because the peace treaties are being ignored and peace is in danger.
Amé a sus compañeros, que la llaman Jefa, son hijos del dios de la guerra, Datu Talagbusao, el mayor enemigo al que se van a enfrentar y de quien van a tener que cuidar al mundo, pues aunque ame la guerra, lo que él quiere es su destrucción y hará lo que quiera para conseguirla.
¡Aquí les dejo el trailer! Les prometo que les va a gustar, quizás no en los primeros minutos, porque a mí tampoco me gustó los primero sminutos, pero al pasar los capítulos se vuelve cada vez mejor, siempre hay un problema por resolver y las cosas se vuelven demasiado horribles antes de que se solucionen o no, pues los tratados de paz están siendo ignorados y la paz está en peligro.

¡Me gustó el estilo de animación bastante! Me da demasiada risa que tú eres igual que yo con el tema de las cejas, siempre he pensado que cuando el cabello tapa la ceja y esta se ve superpuesta es terrible, solo he visto dos casos en los que este detalle no me ha importado y uno de esos dos casos es el reboot de Shaman King, porque realmente esos ojos siempre han sido así exagerados.
Voy a darle un chance a esta serie a ver qué tal, ¿cuántos capítulos tiene? Porque yo soy demasiado fiebrúo en Netflix jajaja así que si tiene pocos la terminaré muy rápido.

Horrible, me un tic en el ojo cuando veo que la ceja y el ojo se ven aunque tengan casi que una pared encima tapándolo. XD
Tiene solo 6 capítulos, pensé que iba a tener más, pero es muy bueno aunque corta, ojalá le hagan segunda temporada.
I plan to watch these series in the coming weeks and I think it will be the first production I have ever watched from the Philippines. I like the fact it explores dark topics because there aren't many good animations that belong to the suspense-mystery genres.
I think you might be interested in checking out 2 anime series that I have enjoyed a lot and explore what could be considered as "dark" or "mysterious" topics. One is called Another and it is from 2012, and the other one is called Serial Experiments Lain, and it is from the 90s. There is also another series called When They Cry that I enjoyed very much but a lot of its scenes are childish and immature, which might reduce the seriousness of the production although that didn't prevent me from considering it a worth watching series.
Yeah, I'm like you, I think this was my first production from the Philippines, I can't remember if I saw another one before. I liked that too, it's too dark at some points, it won't let you down.
I love 'Another' and 'Serial Experimental Lain', I watched them a few years ago and I was amazed, there's nothing like those animes. Thank you for reminding me of them! I didn't hear about it, but I'm gonna look something about 'When they Cry', and I know that feeling when something childish doesn't let us enjoy something. Thank you!!
