I am not someone who likes repeating movies, but this particular movie is one of those movies I have watched more than once.
I think I have watched it like 3 or 4 times.The movie never gets old; it keeps cracking me up whenever I watch it.
Summary of the movie
Little is a Hollywood comedy movie that was released in 2019 and was directed by Tina Gordon. The movie is all about a boss, Jordan Sanders (Regina Hall), who is overbearing and is the CEO of a tech company that's owned by her.
She isn't liked by any of her colleagues because of her overbearing attitude; she treated all of them poorly. It was as if she was a dictator; the reason behind this attitude of hers was because as a kid in high school she was bullied, and her parents told her the reason why she was bullied was because she was little, and once she became a boss, everything would change; no one would bully a boss.
However, everything changed after she spoke rudely to a young girl who pointed her magic wand at her and wished Jordan would become little.
The following morning Jordan woke up as a 13-year-old girl. Jordan didn't know she had turned into her younger self (Marsai Martin). Until she was at a coffee shop to buy her usual and was surprised by how she was treated.
Completely terrified and confused about what had gone wrong, she quickly called her personal assistant April to help her out.
My Thought and Review
I personally feel young Jordan (Marsai Martin) is actually the star of the movie. I love how it was easy for her to play her role, the way she carried herself, the way she walked and talked; it was superb.
Most times there are usually reasons why people behave the way they do. Jordan was forced to become what she was as an adult because of how she was treated as a teen. Even though people are not very loud about bullying, it is something that's very common in schools. I personally feel the school management should find a permanent solution for dealing with bullies and stop pretending like they don't know what is happening in their school.
I know few people that are very timid because of how they were always bullied while in school.
Everyone needs to have a friend like April (Issa Rae) in their lives. Despite how annoying Jordan was, April never left her; even when she turned into a thirteen-year-old girl, she was the one who took over the company temporarily while they were still looking for solutions to get out of their current predicament and was also taking care of young Jordan, who was still rude despite her current situation.
There are a lot of lessons to be learned in the movie if one watches it with an open mind. There's more to being a leader; a good leader is one who listens and is communicative. Also not to give up on your dreams no matter how stupid it might sound, that was the story of the three kids young Jordan met at school.
I would rate the movie 4/5 because I had a good laugh while watching it. And would also recommend it if you are looking for a movie to help you relieve stress and relax.

I loved every bit of this movie. It not only captured entertainment but also realities which is most mean people are mean because they consider nice as weak. And it’s not their fault. Beautiful review

Marsai Martin is such a talented actress. I watched this movie for the first time yesterday and I laughed my way through it. Her confidence is on another level. The fact that being thirteen again made her realize how wrong her actions were, was hilarious.
