The plot sounds great. The director sort of added a peculiar twist to the story, one we see not so often, a deviation of the normal serial-killer movies we see out there.
The antagonists knowledge about medicine and his incorporation of it into his crimes caught my attention.

The nature of evil and and corruption is quit devastating in the site of human experience that tend to cause more harm than good, it all bad when evil is done which is the reason that world is corrupt today.
This movie is one of the best I have ever seen in my life, whether it be in the thriller or crime genre. The psychological level it has, the way it develops each of the main characters to the point of driving them mad at the end and the outcome it has is the best.
