The story of the film revolves around a girl named Merida who lives in Scotland with her parents, King Fergus, King of Scotland and Queen Elinor, and one day she goes out with her family for a walk, and then attacks them and her father, a giant bear at first, her father managed to keep him away, but he returned and devoured her father's man, the king, so the story of the king remained And his bravery with the giant bear spread in Scotland
Merida drew this courage from her father and from this story, and after Merida grew up, the nobles' children began to propose to her. Whoever wins the duel that will be held can marry Merida. These are the customs and traditions of her tribe, but Merida refuses to marry in this way, and this is what created a great quarrel between her and her mother.
Her mother refused Merida's way of thinking and tried to force her to marry her, but Merida was adamant in her decision, so she left the house tearing a tissue containing her family's picture and then went to the forest where she spent most of her time there and when she arrived she saw lights on the road and this sparked her curiosity
He made her follow the path of the lights to reach a house in which an old lady works on making wooden statues and sells magic spells. Merida spoke to her and asked her to give her a spell to her mother in exchange for buying wooden statues, and the lady agreed and gave her the spell
Merida returned home and put the amulet in a cake plate for her mother the queen, and after the first bite she turned into a giant bear, she did not know what she was doing at the time, so Merida took her mother to the forest looking for that lady, but she left and left a short message for Merida in which she wrote: “A look at your heart changes the destiny and repairs a relationship ruined by vanity.” ”

She also wrote another letter saying that the curse, if the sun shines on her, will never go away. On the way back, she saw Merida, the seat of a very old kingdom that was mentioned in legends. Removes the spell but a giant bear attacks it
And her mother, the bear was able to keep him away from her, then Merida realized that removing the spell depends on repairing the fabric that she tore, so she tried to sneak into the castle, but she saw that the nobles had started fighting, so she tried to stop them and prevent them from dueling and persuaded them that these customs and traditions are incorrect and indeed she succeeded in convincing them and everyone went to their homes then I went Merida Textile Repair
She saw her twin brothers turned into bears after they ate the leftover cake. She quickly tried to repair the tissue, but her father saw the bear queen and imprisoned Merida for fear that the bear would devour her. After a short time, she was able to get out of the room and repair the torn tissue and put it on her mother, who her father was trying to kill, thinking that she was a bear. Having put the tissue on her, her mother is back to normal, and the story of the movie is over.
I've never seen Brave; but I think if it came out when I was a kid, I probably would have enjoyed it.
