In the movie, we see an honest and wonderful political personality, who does not get the chance to give time to his own family while serving the country and the people of the country. But after the death of his wife, how a politician father brings up his child can be seen. However, Bharath's father tricks him into another marriage and as a result Bharath leaves the country along with his friend's family.
On the other hand, on the day Bharath completes his graduation, his father CM dies suddenly and Bharath moves to the country. Then seeing the traffic system of Bharath, Bharath gets very worried and wants to leave the country again. However, due to the death of the CM, a conspiracy started within the party to become the new CM, seeing this, Nanaji asked Bharath to fulfill the duties of his father as the CM.
The senior politicians could not accept Bharath's becoming CM, although it was a little difficult at first, but later they adapted. Having a young and smart person like Bharath as CM gives hope for a little change among the youth. Bharath after becoming CM strengthened traffic laws across the country and forced everyone to obey traffic laws by imposing huge fines. At the same time, Bharath falls in love with Vasumathi.
