Sometimes I can be choosy when trying to get a movie to watch, but sometimes when I feel tired of choosing, I just go online and download a movie randomly or instead pick one of the movies I already have in my library to watch. I don't mind if they are interesting one or not. But this time I got this movie, title the cleanup crew, which I think I love the story to some extent. This movie was released 20 August 2024.
The cleanup crew is an action movie which has some lines of comedy in it. Together, it is both a comedy and an action movie which make it a complete one, I think. Well, to some extent, it might not give all we needed, but it satisfies the mind to watch. At some point while watching the movies it was not too serious, and it got boring at some point even at the beginning of the movie.
This movie is about some guys whom their job is to always do a cleanup after a crime has happened to avoid the crime been leaked. They get informed anywhere crimes are being committed, and they do the cleaning of the messy things that has been done. But they got into a dangerous situation along the way while they were doing their job. This movie was directed by Jon Keeyes and the casts in the movie are Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Antonio Banderas, Melissa Leo, Swen Temmel, Ekaterina Baker and many others.
At some point, I was happy for these crew when they got a bag of money during their cleaning duties. But this led them into a big trouble, as the rightful owners of the money are in need of the money back. This kept the cleanup crew on their toes, and they have to make sure they are alive and not to fall prey into the hands of these bad guys who are after their lives. Will they be able to survive the heat from these bad guys out there?
What do I like about the movie;
- The movie is entertaining and has a lot of actions in it.
- I love how the cleanup crew got into problems because it made the movie interesting to watch.
- I love the fact that some actors in the movie are known ones. It made it easy for me to relate with.
What I don't like about the movie;
- The movie was a bit confusing at some point, and it made it hard to relate to.
- The editing was not on the top edge. It was looking like an old movie to me.
Rating the movie, I would rate it 3 out of 5. Reason is, the action and some funny moments in the movie.
The cleanup crew is a movie which has some entertaining moments in it, but it was not entirely an interesting one because it got boring at some point, only if you can pull through you will enjoy it. But the only thing that can make you enjoy this movie is if you can overlook the downside in the movie and just focus on the interesting part. Normally, it is a movie and not a reality. But if you are a fan of crime and comedy, you will enjoy this movie.

"The Cleanup Crew" sounds like a fun mix of action and comedy. I like the idea of a team cleaning up crime scenes and accidentally getting into trouble it makes the story exciting. But if the editing isn’t great and some parts are confusing, I can see how it might not be for everyone. Still, if you enjoy crime and comedy movies, you might find it entertaining. It’s worth checking out!
