The Adam Project is a Sci-Fi, time travel action film that popped up on Netflix yesterday starring Ryan Reynolds. Since I enjoy the genre I clicked the play button right away.
If you enjoy Ryan like I do then you will probably enjoy this movie too, as Ryan is once again playing the same role he has been playing for two decades now, lmao. If you are tired of it then better skip this movie.
Anyways, this movie isn't a masterpiece but it's not bad either. The action is good, the CGI and the special effects are good and everything else mediocre.
You will laugh, you will feel some feelz, maybe even reminisce your childhood a bit and compare your young self with yourself of today.
The only thing I didn't like about this movie is that it felt somewhat rushed, especially when it comes to the plot and the character building. It could easily go for an extra 45 minutes.
All in all, an enjoyable movie that the whole family will enjoy. As long as you are ok with some profanities and the repetitive acting of Ryan that is!
I'll give it a 7/10 !

Tbf although I did feel it was a little bit rushed and a little too predictable with overused situations, ideas and scenes, it was still enjoyable enough to not feel like I wasted my time.
I might sound a bit critical but after being quite immersed into all kinds science fiction and timetravel movies/books, I did get a little picky about giving a movie high marks ^^

This was an epic stand alone film. It left me wanting more. But that isn't always the case. It was a great film.

Watched this the other night and wasn't expecting much from it. However I did watch it from start to finish and enjoyed it so I'd have to say a decent movie. Nothing over the top though that will stick with you for life like with some movies but overall good.
