Build Harder Shin Bone # 1

When someone hits you, even if you block that, it will contact with your hands or legs while defending, and it might hurt you. if you are used to defending like this, you can do it.

Conditioning is important. Sometimes people get confused about conditioning. If you do not do martial arts, want to do condition, that is not a good choice. You can learn how to strike and block. You have to prepare yourself first. You cannot start doing condition from day one. You should start doing it slowly.

Whether you learn martial art or do any sports, you do exercise, warm up before doing your training. Warm up is very important and it will make you ready to move on and start training.

In this video, you see shin bone power. It is amazing how this girl kicks on hurt stuff. Grand Master MAK Yuree made a world record breaking baseball bats with shin kick. Your shin can very powerful and you can do incredible things.

Conditioning the shin to strike that way takes years upon years of practice. You are right. It's not something that should be attempted right off the bat since doing it the wrong way will only damage you as a beginner. And all things said and done, you need to know how to use certain things in certain ways.

In the end, I guess some forms of conditioning are better done before training, while some are better done after a fair bit of mastery. They'd be useless otherwise.

I like what you've done with your community in general and I'd like to keep adding some self-defence tips and stuff here as well as soon as I find the time and content to do so.

In the meantime, I have my own community which is about Martial Arts where I could use some of your content. I ask that all you do is simply copy and paste what you post here over in my community as well or simply reblog it so that we can reach a broader audience with martial arts together and deliver more knowledge to the people of the community.

I recently also posted about training in the midst of lockdowns and COVID-19 as well on my community. I would be grateful if you go through it while you decide whether or not to be a part of my community as I am of yours.
