Hello! Everyone, establishing reward system is a heart winning tool.As it is my first post inl community so before going to the topic let's have an introduction.
I am Aamir Sohail Wattoo from Pakistan.I am physics teacher and teaching physics from last five years.During this tenure I have done a lot of experiments regarding to the teaching.Instead of being a difficult task specialy in Pakistan, I used to done my job in a more enjoyable manner.
As I found this plate form suitable to share my experience, from today I am going to start sharing different helpful tools to improve the learning and moral building process.This is all about what kind of work i am going to share?
Coming to our today's topic, introducing a reward system to your class will increase their thrust. What you have to do is to just specify a reward on your given assignment.Reward might be book or anything suitable for your student's interest.You can also control your class discipline by giving marks to your student individually or group wise or overall class behaviour on upper level.It can be used to improve your results as it is type of incouragement.Reward distribution is based on your observation period from a day to a week or to month.Your reward have a worth to students and is going to make a soft corner in your student's heart. Which will increase your impact on students and going to make you as best choice for conflict resolution.
