Teachers do not welcome students to do other things during class. But there are some exceptions. When I saw my student stacking long crayons on top of each other, I was not angry with him. I just ignored it and let him do what he thought. It wasn't long before the bell rang.
After the bell rang, I went outside, and when I came back, what I saw was incredible. My student had put books on those pencils. I had arranged the weight distribution very well,
I said, "I'm going to sit on it. Let's see if it holds." He took me seriously and got excited. I told him it was a joke and congratulated him.
I hope he won't do a similar exercise in the next class. If he does, I will tell him that I will be happy to go and look at it if he does it during recess. It is very important to keep their excitement alive. If they have different talents and interests, teachers should protect them. Goodbye.
