AWAKEN IN YOUR CHILD THE PASSION FOR LEARNING

A satisfied first grader is the joy of any parent. But even before the first vacation, you notice that he is looking for any excuse not to study. And many family waking hours on homework are unlikely to help here. In fact, the love of knowledge must be nurtured literally from childhood. This will not only relieve the teacher of reproaches at the parent meeting, but will generally allow the baby to develop faster.

From birth to six years, the child receives more information than in all later life and actively assimilates it, so the early years are the most appropriate period to cultivate a craving for knowledge in a baby. The most faithful and accessible form of cognitive activity for a baby is the study of objects. In the beginning, babies are more willing to contact adults than the inanimate world. But introducing toys into the communication process is not difficult.

For this, psychologists recommend placing them between your face and the child's face while in the crib. And if it looks like through a toy, you need to pay special attention to the object: turn it in your hands, shake it, touch the child with it. Do not be alarmed if the baby is trying to grasp everything with his mouth: now for him this is one of the main moments of cognition. The main thing is that the objects are clean and too large for the baby to swallow.

By applying objects to the child's hand, it can lead to the onset of the "grasping" age. And even if it hides many problems from parents, but this is an important stage in development and the first step in learning to hold and manipulate objects. And toys that hang over the crib aren't just a way to entertain picky eaters. Whether his mother is around or not, he is actively studying the situation. And the broader the range of items available, the better.

Soon it is no longer necessary to limit yourself to the classic list of children, from rattles to "teddy bear": the child is interested in everything that happens in the house. Therefore, give him the opportunity to observe the actions of adults and study things at home. It is better to put up with the manifestations of such initiative and curiosity in advance. And if the "grab" accidentally breaks your favorite mug, then instead of announcing bans on everything, remind yourself:

Following the "grip" at home the "why" will surely appear, and here even the most patient parents will have a hard time. Experienced mothers know: the more often, in more detail and more entertaining to answer the questions of the baby, the less chance there is that he will learn exclusively "from scratch" and not really interested in anything.

For the child to be incorporated naturally into the school learning process, it must become a continuation of the cognitive game. It is not easy to instill a taste for learning activities, but over time, the child's mind will demand more and more new knowledge.

The only thing that should definitely be banned is all-consuming bans. No one asks parents to give up discipline, but at an early age, especially in the first year of a baby's life, it is extremely important not to limit the child's attempts to explore the world around him, if possible.

In no case should you suppress your desire to touch and study everything around you, if this does not endanger your health. Knowing new foods is also part of the learning process. The main thing is that the offered dishes meet the needs of the baby and are completely safe for his body.
