When there are no animals at home
If your baby has not been in contact with animals since he was born, there is nothing to worry about. You can learn to love animals at any age.
Start showing your child animals on field trips. You are sure to run into a neighbor's dog or cat when you go outside to get some fresh air. Even if your little one has just learned to sit up, show him the animal and tell him. If you meet the same dog every day, remember to repeat the little lessons, count and show.
