Throughout human history, each branch of knowledge has inspired the overcoming of multiple obstacles regarding the teaching-learning process. Among the subjects of secondary and diversified education that inspire such challenges is Physical Education, Sports and Recreation, which is a challenge because it is a misconception that it is a filler subject, or that it is simply a subject that only serves for the student to exercise physically, release stress and return to the classroom to be motivated for the other subjects.
There is really a set of very important elements in the knowledge of this subject, and it is the duty of the teacher to teach and apply the most relevant strategies in each theoretical reference for the student to learn the importance of knowing each topic of physical education, sport and recreation.
For these and many other reasons is that Physical Education, sport and recreation is an educational subject that prepares students to recognize themselves and interact with people in a healthy way, and at the same time acquire skills and social skills that allow them to have good relationships with their family, friends and in general with their social environment, but above all and most importantly to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Physical Education is a curricular area that favors the integral development of students, whether at a physical, psychological or sociological level.
The importance of learning and approach in the application and implementation of physical education, sport and recreation is that it covers all the indispensable aspects for the resolution of problems that arise in daily life, as a healthy body and mind are more willing to face the challenges of everyday life.
