Hello members of Hive community How are you doing.... I hope you all are doing well, today I will like to talk about on my first day in school.
My polytechnic is an educational institution which is widely recognized all over the state. It originated from Rivers State bori (kenule Beenson Saro wiwa polytechnic ). the polytechnic has been my second choice because I believe that it as the ability to provide me with quality education and practicals.
But it hasn't been easy as I rarely get enough sleep and rushing off to class can be really hectic and stressful, but I'm hoping to adjust to this new system as o hear from my seniors that it would soon be much fun as it takes time to get to the stress free zone .
Also Due to the fear of appearing late on my first day, I arrived thirty minutes earlier than necessary and decided to spend some time going through my previous lectures.
While going through my previous lectures on my note book I secretly wished time could go faster than usual as I couldn't wait to see what the next activity , was gonna unfold for me , When it was finally the time to head back to class for lectures, I prayed that every activity went in sequence and that nothing would go amiss , I braced myself and went to meet Jack , who was responsible for the new students, to inquire about the semester time table. Thankfully he was seemingly nice and gave me guidance on how and where to get it , walking out I felt a bit of panick and head sweat but I continued walking I just knew that I'd be great at the end of the academical nervousry.
I started to feel like standard 1 all over again where I was a little kid who did not know where to go. I did not know anyone in the class except for John who is my secondary school friend.
