Christmas is a celebration in commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ, our savior. Every year we celebrate Christmas by having parties or gatherings, eating together, playing parlor games, and giving gifts. As a teacher, it's our usual activity to conduct a Christmas Party in our classroom with our class advisory. The celebration was done last December 19, 2024.

As preparation, I met with the parents of my class advisor. So I was able to gather pledges of food coming the parents. They also agreed to have our exchange gift worth 100.00 pesos and to contribute 100.00 pesos for the food for those who don't have pledges. However, I did not oblige my class to give their contributions instead they were still welcome to join the party, or else I would mark them absent 10 times by January if they couldn't attend without a valid reason. Ha!ha!ha!.That's only joke.

Before the celebration, I created various committees such as food, decoration, sounds, games, physical arrangements, programs, and invitations. I also divided my learners into five groups for the presentation. Some committees were very active in their assigned tasks, while others needed constant follow-up. On the day of the event, we had lots of food pledges. I'm thankful to the parents for supporting their children to make the event successful.

We started our program with a prayer followed by a welcome remark and message. After that was the presentation by groups. Some group had their daygon others were having their dance presentation. For every presentation, I gave them prizes for joining. After the presentation, were the parlor games. We had a lot of games thus making the party more fun and fabulous. After the game was the get-together lunch. They were very full and enjoyed eating.

After eating, ice cream can come. So I decided to purchase two boxes of ice cream Cornetto for my students. They were all happy upon receiving the ice cream. That's my way of thanking God for all the blessings received and showing my love and care to students, aside from the food and giving prizes for the games. The party ended at exactly 3:00 p.m. We cherished memories of happiness and the joy of togetherness as one section.

That's all and Merry Christmas!!!!
