Nature school is a school with an educational concept based on the universe. Physically, the form of this school is not a building or a building, but only a hut or a house on stilts surrounded by nature. Children also will not be given material in the classroom, but in the orchards of fruits, vegetables, flowers, farms, and others. Another difference from nature school is that this institution does not recognize school uniforms because children are free to wear any clothes when they come to nature school. The purpose of establishing a nature school is to introduce children to their surroundings through direct exploration. They are also emphasized to respect differences and see diversity as something that needs to be maintained.

The concept of natural school education, there are 3 functions, namely :

• Nature as a learning room.
• Nature as media and teaching materials
• Nature as a learning object.

Natural school characteristics :

• Students learn more in the open.
• Method of teaching learning more using the action learning method, namely children learn through experience. If it experiences it directly, it will learn more vibrant, not bored, and more active.
• Natural use as learning media aims to make students care more about the environment and can apply the knowledge learned.

Excess natural schools :

• Children are not only glued to theory, but can experience direct knowledge learned.
• Leave a conventional teaching learning system, namely the teacher explains and students get knowledge just by relying on a guidebook.
• Open classrooms or do not reflect children in 4 sides of the wall.

Disadvantages of natural schools :

• Because of learning in nature, children with visual learning styles will be easily disturbed by something moving.

Characteristics of the right child :

• A balanced child can use visual learning styles, auditories and kinesthetics.

In nature schools, children have more time and space to express themselves.

Be more socially sensitive.
Children who often carry out social interactions through a good natural school curriculum will grow up to be children with social spirits.

Good at communicating.
Children's language skills will also be honed through various activities at nature schools. The vocabulary of children will also be richer by introducing them directly to the things that are around them.

Train motor nerves.
A child's stamina will be honed when he is more physically active outside the room, as well as his gross and fine motor skills.

Love nature more.
By getting to know nature more closely, children are expected to automatically respect other living things in nature starting from small things, such as not littering.

In addition to conventional schools, natural schools can be an alternative consideration because of a fairly unique concept, but with the benefits that are same good than other types of schools.
