One of the tasks that we have as parents, as teachers is to teach children to manage their own emotions, it is what we call emotional intelligence applied from childhood, surely when the adult stage arrives we will have many benefits of having developed these attitudes in our little ones.
Emotional intelligence in children: Emotions, these great determinants of our behavior, can influence our lives in many ways. Their manifestation can turn us into socially integrated or excluded people, it all depends on the way we handle them.

If we teach our children to be emotionally intelligent, their lives will be happier and more bearable when they grow up, the skills of emotional intelligence can be learned, developed, trained and photo-empowered.
