Hello friends am glad to be alive hope you all are cool? Let me first of all greet you all members of the Education community, I say God bless you all. I’m writing all the way from Nigeria I will be focusing on children LEADERS OF TOMMOROW) you might wonder why? Well every 27th of May in my country is set aside to celebrate all the children, just to make time out for them take them out, spoil them make sure you get the best gift for them on this day.
Though all this is not supposed to be celebrated on a particular day, but I think this is actually for those parent that are hardly seen around, you know some parent are maybe working offshore or are working on shifts that will not give them time to see their kids or spend time with them. Me I fall under such. During my childhood days my parent most especially my dad never had time to spend with us, as a chief accountant in a big company he comes back late at night and early in the morning off he goes to work. We only see him around on Sundays which he still spends most of it in his sturdy.
Well, all that paid off actually because he was working to make sure we never lack anything and get the best. But whenever its children’s day like today he will make sure he create time for us. Days like this is always joyful because he takes us out to the town’s mall we eat and he gets new clothes for us. But as time goes by and they is a saying (the young shall grow) for sure the young has grown, my dad will not even look at you again. Do you know that just before I started typing this post I called him and after greeting him remind him that today was children’s day. You wanna know what his reply was?
He replied me saying wow! Happy children’s day to all the little ones🤣 unlike some years back he will say happy children’s day to you my son hahaha.. But no worries at all am quite happy I grow pass childhood. But if given an opportunity to go back to being a child hell yeah I will just for this day. lol. Let me wish all the young once a happy children’s day I pray for y’all that you shall not die young more blessings and favor shall follow you please be good to your parents so your days on earth may be long.
on this day you gonna see smiles on lot of the children's faces, as they will engage in dancing (cultural and classic), matching, singing, racing, (relay races, 100 meter or 200 meter), and at the end of the day the best school will be selected and given a price as well as the best performance individually. it always fun. here we got to meet one on one with the Governor of the state who will be there to grace the occasion.
here I plead with y’all parents to spoil that kid after he or she is back from the stadium or town square where it is generally celebrated with many activities, please take them to a nice eat out or mall and make them special. Remember there are so many out there craving to get one you have been blessed by God with that child so please cherish him or her they are the leaders of tomorrow.
Wanna wish this special people a happy children’s day they are all big children.🤣🤣🤣
