This post is oriented to reflect on the meaning of the role of the educational process in the formation and development of a society in need of an adaptation that links the transformation processes to the needs of a society increasingly demanding educational responses to what is really lacking in contemporary societies.

The educational process is endowed with a stigma that makes the ideas generating knowledge arise in a scientific, psychological and pedagogical context, where the main objective is to respond to the various and continuous social changes, which in its evolution has made society to experience technological changes based on the needs in their lifestyle, all these changes have an impact on education, so it is more convenient to propose a correct adaptation of a changing educational process and attached to these social and technological changes so interesting to analyze in a generalized educational context.

Really with the dynamism of society, what is most demanded nowadays is a more effective education, that is to say an education where an individual can be formed integrally in the fastest way and can really adhere to the productive and economic process of their country of origin, for this it is important to emphasize the need to deepen the objectives that should be established in an initial basic education, since the backbone of all the knowledge that an individual can later acquire in secondary and higher education depends on it.

As a conclusion and based on the current educational reality, I can say that the essential functions of a current education should be to transmit knowledge rooted in culture and history, so that in its principles of formation citizens can be formed with social participation, with formation of values, that in a conduction to a higher education can contribute to economic growth which is what today's society demands.
