I have also shared with you some aspects of the importance for a teacher to know the personality of each of his students, since in this way we will be able to elaborate the map of each of the educational techniques among which we have the different didactic tools that allow us to illustrate the path of our main objective which is none other than the transfer of any form of learning and in the best possible way without any resistance from our students, or at least, with the minimum possible friction.
This time I want to talk about a very well known aspect for all of us both at a personal and educational level, that is, the motivation factor, because without it we would be drifting ships in the vast sea called life, where the field of education also needs to feed on this fundamental aspect, and at the same time, be a remarkable multiplier to all the people who make it up, that is, to the administrative staff, teachers, and especially to all students.
I think that every human being has an intrinsic motivation because from the moment we are born consciously or unconsciously we look for a way to learn any activity to continue with our life, this maybe we do it naturally inspired by our survival instincts, that is why in our classrooms we have the advantage of being able to have this type of intrinsic aspect in our students, what remains is to direct it and feed or nurture it with elements of educational approaches.
As people in many occasions we deactivate our capacity of motivation driven perhaps by some failures of projects or activities undertaken, in the same way it can happen to our students, and without realizing it, they turn off the flame of their intrinsic motivation, which is not favorable for us as teachers and for them as learners, since this will largely depend on them to be successful people when they leave our educational institutions, since the bases of every person are undoubtedly obtained both at home and in their classrooms.
When we are sharing some knowledge in our classrooms we can be eyewitnesses of the effectiveness or not of our teaching since it will be noticed in the face of our students, therefore it is necessary that in the learning process we can light the flame of motivation in them, for example, in many occasions I enjoy a pleasant interaction with my children since what I am transmitting generates a curiosity to learn, and this aspect motivates them towards a more effective study and whose consequence is a high performance both academically and in any of their behavior before life.
Although since we are babies we may possess intrinsic aspects of motivation that induce us to do things in a natural way for our livelihood, it is also very true that for other time intervals of our lives we do not have such intrinsic capacity of motivation is why we must at all costs seek reasons or reasons that allow us to stimulate or encourage us to perform positive activities in our lives, and the same above all perform them as well as possible, when this happens we are talking about an external motivation.
In this way we have related in a global way with motivation and in a particular way to link it with our educational spaces, the truth is that without motivation there will not be the spark or enthusiasm for the achievement of our goals or those of our students in particular in relation to an effective study and with excellent performance, so we must always be motivated to transmit motivation.
So far my content my dear friends, I hope you like it, we will continue to see each other in a new opportunity, grateful for your support and comments.
Hello friends of Hive I hope you are all well, especially the members of the beautiful community of @edu-venezuela, on some occasion I have spoken or mentioned that one of our main tasks as teachers is to provide students with the most suitable conditions for there to be an adequate learning traffic, of course in addition to providing this, we must make them see that they should also provide such conditions when they are outside the classroom.
Very interesting information! I agree that motivation is a very important factor nowadays, and without motivation, I think it would have been impossible to study. I'm also a student, and honestly, for me sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to do something. And our professors also do different things and use techniques to motivate us, but it works not always. Especially it's hard for me to write papers, it takes a lot of time, and I have no idea how to make myself do it. Usually, I use https://edubirdie.com/personal-statement-writing-service when I have to write something, and it's the best way for me to send the paper before the deadline. I'm happy that it's possible nowadays to get help with academic tasks, because sometimes, it may be impossible to find inspiration or time. But, I hope to understand motivation better, and will find out where to find it, and how to keep it!
