Hacker တွေဟာ malware ထည့်ထားတဲ့ fake wallet update တွေကနေ တဆင့် user တွေရဲ့ Phantom wallet တွေကို ဖောက်သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၂ပါတ်လောက်တုန်းက PHANTOMUPDATE..COM နဲ့ UPDATEPHANTOM..COM ဆိုတဲ့ malware link တွေဟာ Phantom wallet user အချို့ဆီ ရောက်လာခဲ့ပြီး အဲ့ဒီ link တွေကို နှိပ်ကြည့်လိုက်ရင် ပေးထားတဲ့ link ကနေတဆင့် wallet တွေကို update တင်ဖို့နဲ့ မတင်ရင် wallet ထဲက asset တွေဟာ hacker တွေကြောင့် ဆုံးရှုံးနိုင်ခြေရှိတယ်ဆိုပြီး ရေးထားခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒီ link ကို နှိပ်လိုက်မိတဲ့ user တွေဟာ Phantom_Update_2022-10-08..bat ဆိုတဲ့ batch file တစ်ခုကို auto download ဆွဲပြီးသား ဖြစ်သွားပြီးတော့ windll32.exe ဆိုတဲ့ malware ကို install လုပ်စေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ VirusTotal အဆို အရတော့ ဒီ malware ဟာ browser history တွေ၊ password တွေနဲ့ cookie တွေလိုမျိုး browser information တွေကို ခိုးယူတဲ့ malware တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Hacker တွေဟာ ဒီ malware ကိုအသုံးချပြီးတော့ user တွေရဲ့ wallet တွေထဲက NFT တွေနဲ့ crypto asset တွေကို ခိုးယူသွားခဲ့တာပါ။
ဒါကြောင့် ဒီလို link တွေတွေ့ရင် ဝင်မကြည့်ဖို့၊ download မဆွဲကြဖို့နဲ့ install လုပ်ထားခဲ့ရင်လည်း anti virus program တစ်ခုခုနဲ့ virus သတ်ပြီး Phantom wallet ထဲက asset တွေကို wallet အသစ်တစ်ခုထဲကို ပြောင်းထားကြဖို့ အကြံပေးလိုပါတယ်။ Website တွေမှာ သုံးထားတဲ့ password တွေကိုလည်း မဖြစ်မနေ အသစ်ပြောင်းပေးရပါမယ်။
