FISH for DISH!
We are back to the delicious foods that I ate. This time we are going healthy 😉! Every time I have my vacation in Morong Bataan fishermen will give me different kinds of fish. They will tell me the name of the fishes but sadly to say I forgot them all. Not all, of them I will try to remember what kinds of fish I have on my dish.
Grilled Squid.
Of course you need to eat this with soy sauce, lime and chilies. These next pictures I have no clue what are the names so sorry for that 😂.
Paksiw! Fish simmer in vinegar.
Fish in soup.
To save money sometimes we just put water a little bit of salt and some vegetables. Then you have a delicious soup.
Adobong Pusit.
Octopus.
Fish in Tamarind soup great with fish sauce, lime and chilis.
I believe these are Groupers.
These are fresh from the ocean to the fisherman's boat to table. 15 minutes after the catch then 10 to 15 minutes preparation depends of what type of dish we want to eat. Let's say 30 minutes and you are eating it already. Many people think that these fish are salty because the sea is salty. I promise you they taste like milk and it's healthy!
