The fact that there are accounts upvoting and downvoting each other, doesn't mean the blockchain isn't decentralized. Even if a post is downvoted to zero, the info is still preserved on the blockchain. Upvotes and downvotes are subjective, but the decentralized nature of Hive is crystal clear.

You can't be a top (consensus) witness without the vote from blocktrades - period. The top pretty much all vote for each other as well.
How many block producers does BTC Have? ETH? Monero? Komodo?
The entire fate of Hive is decided by (at most) less than two dozen folks.
