"When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty"

in Deep Diveslast year (edited)

Did any government ever ask its citizens when it made wearing a seatbelt an obligation rather than an option? I doubt it. To me, introducing the law that fines anyone not wearing a seatbelt signifies the start of government bullying against its citizens.

This law gives me the feeling that our individual bodies and health are no longer sovereign; it's the legislators who have somehow taken ownership of us through such a law. Then came the mandatory car insurance, which took away even more of our liberty and handed more power to governments.

So, if you want to drive "freely" on the streets, you must wear a seatbelt, or else you'll face a fine. You must also have your car insured, or your car's license plates will be confiscated, and you'll be fined until you comply and pay up. Back in the day, catching outlaws involved quite some effort.

Nowadays, we have cameras, software, and databases that make the lives of police officers easier in penalizing outlaws. Climate change is the new narrative being used for about a year or so to further erode citizens' freedom rights.

The absurdity of such measures goes beyond common sense, morality, or logic. In the UK, there's a law that forces London citizens, and soon others across the country, to either buy and drive EURO 6 pollution norm cars or pay a fee every time they enter certain areas.

ULEZ is the name of the cameras installed at almost every intersection in London, tracking the license plates of cars passing through their focal range and sending a £12.5 per day ticket to anyone using a car that does not meet the demands of air pollution and is "harming the planet."

How collecting £12.5 per day from a poor man who can't afford to buy a new car that meets the EURO6 emission norms actually helps the climate or prevents exhaust gases from entering the atmosphere is beyond my understanding.

But then again, these norms aren't designed to help humanity in any way. They are created solely for the sake of amassing more control into the hands of governments and taxing citizens. This is the whole purpose of such measures.

Luckily, citizens have taken the situation into their own hands and are dismantling these ULEZ cameras. "When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty." I like this quote a lot because it holds a lot of truth.

You see, our so-called elected leaders are supposed to work for us and our good, but once they're settled in, they stop caring about the masses. They never ask us for anything.

As observed during the pandemic, when pharmaceutical companies banked billions thanks to government lobbying for vaccinations, science is manipulated to fit their narratives. The amount of carbon in the atmosphere from internal combustion engine vehicles accounts for less than 1% of the total, which reveals much about the climate change hoax.

We don't have programmable money as the only form of money yet, and I hope it will not come to fruition. Once that happens, deducting carbon taxes from one's personal account will be much easier than it is now. "You will own nothing, and you will be happy." Does that make any sense to you after all these years since the pandemic started? Because I'm already seeing the signs.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Video about those ULEZ being dismantled

I'm following this account. I watched all of their videos on this topic.

Continued taxation of the common person continues to go in and challenged. The erosion of British rights is kind of funny. You guys still have a monarchy and some of the greatest corruption ever.

The United States is about ready to impeach Biden. We don't have any of these idiotic laws and we still got the right to self defense and carry guns. Oh and we've also got legal weed.

Quite the scam you got going on out there.

I'm really excited to see the people who are destroying all of these cameras and I think they are some incredible heroes!

I'm not from the US or UK but I sure have a lot of love for these activists taking the ULEZ cameras down.

Absolutely I think that these people totally deserve to have a hive account. I would totally vote them!

We really need a group that supports activism especially the resistance of totalitarianism.

Basically this means that if you're rich enough you can pay the fine and it's legal for you.

If £12.50 a day miraculously makes my car environmentally friendly, how about paying £12.50 to be able to become miraculously sober if I want to get pissed up and drive ?

Why is it that "green" and "protect the children" just mean more taxation and more state control ? If they really wanted to follow a green agenda, it would be done through education and incentives and through leading by example, not the imposition of tyranny while our self-imposed leaders happily use private jets to fly to conferences instead of doing them over video link.

Very well said. It's all nothing more but a charade that has an agenda. The official narrative has nothing to do with the agenda.
