Here you are, spinning in circles again. Now adding confusion, being all over the place with scattered thoughts, destroying the flow of what might be a conversation some day, once you take a step back and see what you're doing.

You saying I'm floundering now would be yet another pristine example of everything you got wrong. Plus now, I don't have the time to address the nonsensical ramblings stemming from a misunderstanding. I already told you once I'm not having an argument. And this is the second time I have to say goodbye. I've simply run out of time.
The no big deal comment was inline with how the people in this province want to treat the situation. Rather than overreacting and doing all this zany shit we've all been seeing for years now, they just want to get on with life. It's something they wanted from the start. Something many people want. So that's what's happening.
