The main thing is not to push. They will get out as soon as they feel that the time has come, just like we did before.
Many people don't have anywhere to go but its imperative that civilians are evacuating the areas that are under attack, as they are acting as nothing more than shields for the military, military who has been fighting from and around cities and residential/civilian zones, putting the civilians in needles risk and harm.
