They used to shout "get a job!" at protesters, but nowadays use "get a hobby" instead - because the jobs are for vaxxed statists only! "Sit at home and distract yourself, don't exercise your right to peacefully protest! How dare you rotten extremists be unhappy with our dictates!" As Freedom Convoy does a 180 and heads West, the BC government announces plans to declare it illegal and seize bank accounts if tactics from Ottawa are reused. "We eliminated forced masking (except in health settings), what more could you want?", they disingenuously ask. Our demands remain clear and simple: Return peace and freedom to Canada by ending ALL Covid mandates!
In February, Freedom Convoy grew from the original Ottawa location to several prominent border crossings, and sparked rallies of solidarity in every town across Canada (not to mention in cities around the world). Triple-jabbed prime minister Justin Trudeau pretended to have Covid again, hiding away and calling the protesters "homophobic anti-Semitic racists". His fascist deputy Crystia Freeland then used martial law to enact financial tyranny on anyone involved, including those who simply sent in a donation.
Rallies continue to grow each weekend as BC doubles down on Covid mandates, and with a second Freedom Convoy headed their way, our premier and his Covid figurehead Bonnie Henry are making it clear they won't be influenced by the will of the people.

"Those involved" are your constituents, John. You are in your position to do our bidding, not your own, and not that of your secret masters. It is YOU who needs to give their head a good shake. You're nobody. John the pawn.
Government never likes protest, especially protest of government. They do everything they can to squash opposition, except to take it into consideration and actually deal with the problem. That's because modern government IS the problem. It is not there to help us anymore, if it ever was. It's us versus them. "This is war!" the government and media has proclaimed over and over for the past 2 years. But they mean war against the people, not against a virus.
One tactic being used against us is an oldie but a goodie - by silencing, censoring, and misreporting our size. When 50000 show up at a protest, the media says "a few thousand". When it's a few thousand, they say it was 200. Freedom Convoy involved millions of Canadians - perhaps as much as half of us were involved, or financially supporting, or cheering for the truckers! But Trudeau and his cronies famously labeled the movement a "fringe minority who hold unacceptable views". They will go to any lengths to convince their dwindling supporters they are still in the vast majority - and therefore, correct. Anything to slow the conversion of perma-statists into freedom-loving patriots.

Positive? Here's footage from a couple weeks ago at my local freedom rally:
"Horgan said Victoria police have learned lessons from how Ottawa’s police handled the protest and that asking nicely doesn’t work."
The insinuation is that physical and financial tyranny will "need" to be done to peaceful and law-abiding citizens protesting against medical tyranny. The intention is clearly not to consider what the protesters are protesting about, but to tolerate them for a single afternoon and then come down hard with the state's boot.
The convoys will continue until freedom improves! End all Covid mandates and restrictions!

That's funny since the whole point of LUV was supposedly to spread good feelings on the blockchain. The token in hive-engine was a bonus. Now, the bonus has become the entire thing, and you're getting rid of the LUV message. A large number of people don't ever use hive-engine, and only interact with LUV here on the blockchain. With that gone, what's the point for them? Now it's just a gamified investment token. I got rid of several hundred tokens recently because the original love has been lost.

The reason for getting rid of the notification is because Resource Credits are low and draining lower. I'd like to allow it to recharge so it doesn't shut down. When it recharges, I'll bring it back, precisely for the reason you suggest: the point is to share love on chain, meaning, the person needs to be notified.
