I thought that all witnesses are supporting free speech, but now I'm not so sure. It would be nice to know who is using @adm account and downvoting like crazy. So far I know that hivewatchers are @logic and @guiltyparties and probably they both have access to @adm. Who else?

I don't use the adm account manually. If you see a random % it's Spaminator. If you see a flat % (100%, 20% etc) then it's someone else. That's the extent of my knowledge.
