How Are Man's Laws Enforced? Prosecutors or Police?

We only prosecute what the police tell us to

In my last video you saw us trying to getcorporate policy enforcers from the municipal corporation known as the city of Spokane to enforce corporate policy as it falls under their jurisdiction. We were told maybe it wasn't the job for law enforcement. The only other government office that has anything to do with violations of law is the prosecutors and attorney general of the state. Naturally we decided we needed to check up an see if there was anything they could do. What do you think?
