I think while many aspire to grand vision of the ultimate outcome of crypto, BTC itself has a limited and specific window of likely impacts, some of them will take decades to manifest, much like the length of time it took for the unfolding of the original internet technology into culture and politics. I actually expect the outcome to be far more apparent over seas in the global south in the coming years, where many people do not even have access to proper banking services due to exclusivity and cost, than it does here for us.
