Sounds like an interesting article, although the Telegraph is more of a Right Wing newspaper so I doubt she's leftist?
Then again it's centre-right, so that Wikipedia article is probably written by an extreme-rightist.

She would be on the Right in the UK, but the Left in the USA, I'm guessing. It's funny how Left and Right are such relative terms and lose a lot of their specific meaning when we try to take them on tour internationally.
