The whole giving other countries money people misinterpret as being charitable until they do some digging and find out that any goods and services bought with that money must be bought in the country of origins of that money. Minus of course any money that makes it into the corrupt political leaders of those countries. It is a great excuse for money laundering because like you said no one tracks that money. In Germany's case with the green energy scam is that they dictate to the countries what they are going to do with that money, I am assuming of course there is still the cut for the corrupt political leaders.

Yes, that is a good point - nothing is free, as they say. But is sold to the world "its free" - but nothing is. And there is all types of other things going on i.e., Economic Hitman, the book, springs to mind - not sure if you have read that - but of course there are many interviews online with the author - that is pretty much how things are run with everything imo - and in regards to the green energy scam, also they give money to companies who they are have business ties to etc., who just say it is green - whatever that means these days lol -
