Didn't go out much today. I can't stand days like this. There is a feeling of stagnation. I hope to be able to go out for something tomorrow. I'm too lazy to devote much time to physical education at home (and this is a problem, by the way, since I feel that I have noticeably weakened in 3 weeks). I need to solve something with this. Previously, if I started doing exercises, I started a separate table in a notebook and wrote down my progress there. Might be worth a try now. You don't have to let your body run wild.

Учитывая, сколько там было синтетического шмотья, это очень серьезный выброс в атмосферу. Был слух, что началось все со склада ГСМ, и вся река, что протекает рядом окрасилась в радужные цвета(
Из хороших новостей, вечером вернулась холодная вода. Нашим коммунальщикам - низкий поклон. Потому как для бытовых дел мы сегодня уже растапливали снег.
Сегодня толком никуда не выходил. Терпеть не могу такие дни. Появляется ощущение застоя. Надеюсь, завтра удастся выйти за чем-то. Мне пока лень уделять много времени физкультуре дома (и это кстати проблема, так как я чувствую, что заметно ослаб за 3 недели). Мне нужно что-нибудь решить с этим. Раньше, если я начинал делать упражнения, заводил отдельную таблицу в блокноте и туда записывал прогресс. Может стоит попробовать и сейчас. Не нужно пускать своё тело на произвол.

Excellent content and as hard as it is to be positive and have motivation right now you're going to need absolutely every bit of it and you especially are going to need every bit of cardiovascular endurance if you have to run somewhere.

Absolutely try to be as safe as you can. And start small but you need to do what you can for not only yourself but everyone around you.
Sending blessings for you to be the warrior you know you are. And to inspire other people to be warriors as well. A warrior does what is needed to help the tribe. No matter if it is carrying water cooking food or whatever else is needed even if it is unglorious.
We all have a calling and it seems like events have overtaken you and your destiny is here.
