At that time there was only one loser: Germany. And now, Russia? really? So the plan is not a deadline, but to declare a winner, USA, I mean, Trump. And Putin? Well, quiet in his “ spa ”. He already got what he wanted. They understand each other. They are businessmen, and they know how to fight for their interests, and their countries, and win.
