RE: The Latin American Report # 432

Elliott Abrams is a war criminal that should have been hanged in the 1980s for his crimes against children and the Nicaraguan people then, and still should be today.

I have often been upset, even outraged, at financial incapacity during my lifetime, and crimes I suffered when overcoming it. I am not so upset today, having greater perspective to view my own susceptibility to moral laxity that my penury is perhaps the only reason I do not more regret. It is infuriating to be Cuban in the straits Cuba is in. I hope Cubans can gain even more of the gratitude for their circumstances that I have of my own. I can't offer anything else as profit to you, to my dismay.

Thanks!
