Fact checkers want to tell you what is true and what is false. They don't want you going to figure things out for yourself. They want to be the authorities that are going to tell you what's what. But they're full of shit. And this is clear proof.
Remember in 2020, when there were stories about the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, possibly having been leaked from the Wuhan lab that was working on this virus? There's a clear chain of evidence of funding from the NIH to Eco Health Alliance to the Wuhan lab after gain of function research was banned somewhere around 2014. The research was previously being conducted in the United States, but then it was shifted over to China.
Then the information about a possible leak was coming out. How some of the lab workers were sick. But that was all denied by the leftist media simply because it was something coming from the Trump administration. He couldn't possibly be true, because anything that Trump says is false. What a load of crap.
At the time, all these stupid fact checkers were coming out and saying how this was debunked. This was completely false. Based on what? Simply based on the word of some people. So they want to tell you that the word of some people is true, but the word of other people is false simply because these other people are saying is false. The possibility of the lab leak was completely denied despite multiple sources of evidence pointing in that direction.
Now a year later the story is gaining traction in the leftist media, it's all the bullshit authoritarian information controlling fact checkers are backpedaling.

And then you have apologists on twitter excusing this whole modality of authorized fact checkers they get to deny legitimate inquiry into what's going on in reality. Fact checking is fine, because when the information changes, when the facts change, then they change the story and make corrections.
But there were no facts. It was just some people over here saying that it was true or a possibility at the least, and then other people over there saying that it wasn't even the possibility. That it was complete fake news. That's not facts. That's not changing your story based on facts. It is completely upholding a narrative based on no facts claiming they are facts, and claiming that your fact checker.
These faux checkers are not about checking facts at all. It is about controlling the narrative. It is all an oligarchy. It is all an evil cabal. Apologies mean nothing to me because the damage is done the brains are already washed.
Will the truth ever come out and make a difference?
