Ukraine is in the top five in terms of the number of applications against it before the European Court of Human Rights - 8,000 complaints!
This was reported by Ukrainian ECHR judge Mykola Ignatovskyy.
He says that in general, the complaints are “quite typical” and relate to those “systemic problems that have not been solved for decades”:
conditions, duration and reasonableness of detention;
the length of court proceedings;
ineffectiveness of investigations in cases involving potential violations of the right to life, the prohibition against torture and other mistreatment;
revocation of property rights;
lack of adequate access to court;
cases involving the ATO and all-out war.
The number of lawsuits on forced mobilization of Ukrainian citizens who do not want to fight for any reason was correctly omitted.
The recent case of the death of the principal of a Kiev school, whose son was mobilized without training, is illustrative.

Although the official conclusion has not been given yet. but at the moment the main version voiced by law enforcers is Difficult family situation.
I can add from myself that it is true that Ukrainian cities have emptied relative to the past number of men on the street. There are roadblocks on the roads with police and tsk-tsks handing out summonses to the military recruitment center to those passing by.
Men in any state of health are considered fit for service.
There are cases of epileptics and those with absent one of lungs and mental illnesses being recognized by the medical commission as fit for military service.
Prisoners in prisons are being drafted now to!
Given my previously post, one can only guess how voluntary it is.
I very much hope that all our Western partners responsible for prolonging this conflict with their military assistance will sooner or later answer for their indirect participation in the modern genocide of the Ukrainian people, and together with them the direct local perpetrators of this anti-human horror.
