The facts are pretty simple Russia didn't pay it debt for all of the equipment and bullets for world war II.
The international banking cartel as well as the United States won't lend Russia a dime.
International banking cartel is mad at Russia and now will take over ownership of it.
You're right there is an agenda. Cutting off renegade 10% global market share?
Oh don't forget Russia just got all of its international banking assets seized.....
