Thank you for sharing, I too need to do this. I am not afraid of opening up about my mental health issue and sometimes I have the tendency to shut down and cry and walk away. Some people would say arti kayka but I hope and wish them well not to be in my position. Even my boyfriend would tell me to visit a doctor that would help me understand and give me a professional advice. We got this. 😊

Hi @explorewithsasha! That's so me a year ago. I'd stop talking, spend the day in my room doing nothing but seeking help has helped me a lot in opening up and processing my thoughts and emotions so I can understand myself better.
It is definitely not "arte"! Gosh, I hate hearing those words. If only they'll know how difficult it is to be mentally ill.
Aweee, we are so blessed to have supportive boyfriends, right? If you have questions, feel free to reach out! We got this, girl! 💪 Sending peace and love your way! ❤️
True, di lalim jud na usahay I was crying explaining myself to everyone na I am not okay but sad truth di tanan kasabot ana. I did travel alone pa north na ako ra no wifi no phone just to be at peace because na suffocate ko.
But yes, we got this. We have people who truly understand and believe that we can do this. 😊😙
