Hello everyone! It's been a while since my last update, and you may be curious about my return. There’s something truly special about the Hive community that sets it apart from others. While I do not blog regularly, I remain active in the hive blockchain playing #Splinterlands.
I’d like to take a moment to share some updates about my life and my advocacy for mental health. While there have been challenges and disappointments along the way, I believe that’s just a part of life’s journey.
The signing of the Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act marks a significant milestone for mental health professionals and advocates . In spite of this, Many mental health professionals face significant challenges when it comes to using testing materials to identify students in urgent need of help. First, there is a shortage of professionals available to meet the growing demand. Second, the process of administering and scoring these tests is time-consuming, often leaving them overwhelmed and unable to focus on other critical aspects of their work. As a result, valuable information gathered during assessments may be overlooked due to the sheer volume of tasks piling up.

As we celebrated International Women's Day on March 8, I reflected on the many women I’ve encountered in my line of work who have experienced abuse.

I know there are countless others who suffer in silence and may not feel empowered to seek help.
With these reasons, and as part of my commitment to promoting mental health, I launched a Free Mental Health Screening Tool. I hope you find it helpful, and I encourage you to share it with anyone who might benefit from it.
