Subete ni oite yoi hi!
This month, we celebrated "World Teachers' Day". To have a good life we are facing right now is already a reason to celebrate. I am so happy and proud being one of them.
Since the hit of covid 19, education system here in the Philippines create big changes. Only the teacher, other school staffs and parents are allowed to go to school, where students are studying and learning through modular distance learning. We cater or entertained our students through online communication. It is not easy on our part and their part as well as we have limited time. I also could understand the feeling of a parent that this time is really difficult that students are trying to learn independently at home.
Even there are no students who will be coming to school, we still continue to maintain cleanliness and always do a classroom and school beautification so it would be presentable to the parents who are coming more often to school. We take turns in cleaning inside and outside area of our classroom, including the school grounds. Some of my fellow teachers voluntary bring thier own plants at home or bought intentionally so we can display good plants which is one great help of brightening our day.
The presence of different green leafy plants inside the school campus and near to our classroom could attract a feeling of clean atmosphere and a positive temperament. Aside from writing our students' learning modules, submitting school reports, and entertaining parents who are coming to school, we also try our best to beautify our own school area. With this, all of us including the parents could feel a colorful day every time we are reporting to school even in this dark times of pandemic.
That's it! May we continue do good things to others!
Stay safe everyone!
Thanks for dropping by!
Truly,
