Are you looking for a variety of non-overnight oats? Then you are on the right blog.
I don't like overnight oats. I choose to cook the oats with a variety of water. Sometimes I use coconut water, some times I use brown sugar water and edible flower water.
So this time I'm going to use Butterfly Pea Flowers as a natural coloring ingredients for oats.
As a sweetener, I use chopped brown sugar. Simple enough to make.
You can use other edible flowers available at your house.
The Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons full of oats
- 200 ml of butterfly pea water
- Enough chopped brown sugar
- one piece of banana, cut into thin slices as a topping
How to make
- Step 1
Cook the oats with butterfly pea flowers. Just stir it occasionally. Cook it until it is the texture you want.
- Step 2
Remove when the texture of the oats is the way you want it.
So here I chose a solid texture, so it looks like rice. But the texture is still moist so still comfortable in the throat.
- Step 3
Serve with the topping of chopped brown sugar and bananas.
What do you think of the breakfast meal variations?
We can eat well at the same time have an attractive presentation!
