Hello dear friends of Ecotrain, I hope you are all very well, we are in what for many is the best time of the year, where everything looks a little nicer and we all want to be with our loved ones and spend some very pleasant days, but at this time of the year is also a time to look back and reflect on everything that has happened in the world, and assess the situation to make plans to improve the next year ... today I want to show you a series of images with some reviews of the evidence of climate change in the world, and how it has caused phenomena that we could live with before to displace thousands and even millions of people from their homes. With the aim of informing that although we have the right to celebrate and feel happy these days, we cannot forget what is happening in the world.

Polar Vortexes.
Climate change has affected the dynamics of winter currents, causing in Spain, for example, one of the strongest winters in 50 years.
A similar phenomenon also hit Texas, one of the U.S. states, earlier this year, which took residents by surprise and caused almost 200 deaths.
A rare occurrence so close to the equator.
Cyclones in Africa.
Eloise is the name of the 3rd cyclone to hit the coast of Mozambique in the last 2 years, Eloise affected more than 250,000 people, displaced about 18,000 and destroyed a lot of infrastructure that was already scarce and precarious.
The most terrible thing about people is that in this case it is very vulnerable people who are already suffering the consequences of climate change.
Sandstorms in China.
At the end of July this year, a sandstorm hit the city of Dunhuang in China, the strongest in the last decade. The effects were felt even in the capital, Beijing.
Undoubtedly of concern when combined with the large amount of pollutants in the country's atmosphere...
Floods in Australia.
When talking about Australia, most of us usually think of a place with a hot climate and arid plains, but this year they had a surprise in March this year, due to heavy rains, described as something that can happen every 100 years at most, perhaps it has more concrete reasons...
Fires in Mediterranean countries.
In August this year, countries in the Mediterranean Sea region, such as Turkey, Greece, Lebanon and Israel have experienced a particularly strong forest fire season. With more than 100 different fires in Turkey alone. While the hot spell saw temperatures in Greece reach a reported 46 degrees Celsius... something that was previously unthinkable for a country so far north.
Floods in Europe.
More than 100 people died in flash floods in countries such as Germany, Belgium and France this year.
Forest fires in Argentina.
30,000 hectares of Argentine Patagonia burned this year... yes... you read that right, Patagonia, which is supposed to be very cold, but the combination of an increasingly hot climate, together with strong winds, caused a series of forest fires.
Forest fires in the Yakutia region, Siberia, Russia.
Yes... even Siberia which is colder than the heart of your Ex. It's burning... same pattern, abnormally warm and dry climate....
Conclusion.
It is unfortunate my friends, to see so many people and nature suffering like this... I could go on all day showing you images of the effects of climate change around the world, not that fires did not exist before, I know they are part of the cycle of nature, but when the very Siberia or Patagonia in Argentina burns it is a sign that something is wrong... let's help spread the message, so that everyone becomes aware and we can do something about it.
