At some point in our lives,we have had to occupy the position of a customer or a consumer. We all have wants and needs and to meet it,you need to patronize a brand.

So, one thing that baffles me is the idea some brands have concerning their approach to customers. Customers are the integral part of a business,so when a brand fails in it's ability to connect with her customers, such brand is likely to crawl into successful business.

I read somewhere that having good customer service thrives in businesses. This is no lie because if the customers cannot be omitted from the success of a business or a brand,it means that they should be taken very seriously.

You should understand that customers are not always going to be as calm and receptive all the time as expected but that you stay put to understanding that they are only humans and you are definitely going to meet the worst of them all, you will get less worried.

Disclaimer, this might not work for all businesses and brands but for those who will stay persistent in applying, you will get results.

These are some unique approaches you can use to connect to customers, whether existing or new.

This will only take place after some personal research about your target audience to know their likes and their dislikes. You don't want to create an advert on what they can't relate to.

Nowadays, many brands settle for deceptive advert just to get customers, forgetting that when a product doesn't satisfy their needs, they will never come back. Don't jeopardize the image of your business or company for a deceptive advert.

Truth and trust may be very rare in today's world but people's value are navigated around it. Build trust and stay true to your customers.

-Follow Up
No one is saying you should lose your position as a boss but making your customers feel unique doesn't cost a penny. Overtime, I have come to understand that if someone is not appreciated for the little they have done, they will never get motivated to do more. Let me make this practical now.

Have you thought of sending your customers a birthday message on their birthdays, or have you not been seeing a particular customer come around to patronize you for a long time and you deem it fit to send a message emphasizing on his or her input to the brand and how you appreciate their patronage and you will like to see them come around soon.

We might think this is some kind of cliche but don't be too woke that you forget that little things like this create a big connection with your customers. Like I said, this might not work for all but it will surely work when you apply it.

  • Position Yourself As The Answer
Every business should be a solution to a problem. It might be a need or something. In all you do in business, make sure it is you meeting the need of people.

Imagine your customers seeing you as their super Hero just because you've got the answer to what they have always been waiting for. That is what brands should look forward to.

For every business out there, you can do more to get into the heart of your customers. Just create more room for growth and intentionality.

Hmmm. I see a lot of sense in what you said here sometimes. Customer who do patronise well and is already known should be given a gift once in a while as that will make the customer patronise more

Exactly @mayorkeys ...is very necessary. Thanks for sharing
