I preach the benefits of vegetables and herbs a lot especially if people want to lose weight and ask me what to do. Or people who have for example rheumatism or arthritis which comes from inflammations which can be lowered by eating less red meat and eating more vegetables and herbs (also tumeric and ashwaganda will help for example). Some people don't believe this, they don't believe that eating just carbohydrates and meat will increase the inflammation. I think I don't need to talk about sweets and how bad they are. Sugar is like poison and should be reduced to a minimum. I could write so much more since this is a huge topic.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It shows me again that eating habits from most people here in Europe are bad. That said, I give you a !PIZZA with some veggies on it. 😏

Sweets? I abstained from them a long time ago because they have a lot of sugar which isn´t good for the health and I know consuming a lot of vegetables helps to lose weight. Some people actually do not know this works and prefer to et what cab damage their health and this is a lack of orientation and awareness. Thank you for your comment.
