Crispy french fries..

Friends, today I decided to make potato chips at home. It had been a long time since I had eaten anything spicy.
Today, when the children were returning from school, they saw potato chips in a shop and they told me that we should eat potato chips.
I said okay today I will make and feed you myself.

First I took a kilo of potatoes and washed and cleaned them thoroughly.
And began to cut them in a specific way. First I cut them into rounds, about seven pieces of a potato.
I started to cut each piece in the shape of a finger and keep it separately and thus I made all the potatoes.
Then put a little salt on top of these potato pieces and mix them well by putting flour on it.
For a while, I let it lie down so that the water inside the potato would become moisture and stick to the flour and the flour would stick to the potato.
By doing this, the water inside the potato dries very quickly and makes very crispy chips.
Then I added a little turmeric and pepper and mixed well.
And lastly I mixed the basin and coriander powder and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes so that the spice on it sticks well and the test of the examples goes inside the potato. .
Then after twenty minutes I took it out and fried it. It took seven to eight minutes and then this very tasty crispy potato chips was ready.

It took me about 40 minutes to make potato chips. After that, my kids and I ate chips with ketchup and enjoyed it.

And so the kids are happy and there will be a little party at home ...
