    Cost of plots (with abandoned houses) of approx 2 - 3000 m2 could vary depending on how much owners want to sell, from around 5 - 15,000 euro - at a guess. i paid 7500.

    Not clearly for sale, need to track down owners.

    Re tax. i have no idea. i don't support taxes (used for control and murder). i dont do KYC

      Today a Bulgarian friend and i tracked down owners of two of the empty properties very close to mine (well, 5 mins walk), and spoke to owners by phone. Both are good possibilities to buy if price is right. Keep your fingers crossed.
