It’s a proven fact that through yoga, diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol can be easily brought under control.
Indeed, I have heard good things about the benefits of yoga for diabetics. When I was first diagnosed with Type diabetes, I attended some community courses in diabetes self-management. There they mentioned yoga as being a good, low-impact way of getting exercise, especially for those with vascular or neuropathic damage to the feet from diabetes complications.
