There are some affluent people; the issue is, what is the cause for that person's wealth? The explanation is simple: he did some nice things in his life, and God rewarded him with many good things.
If that were true, then how do you explain those who got wealthy by fraudulent means? How do you explain those who became rich by scamming other people of their hard earned money? Was God rewarding them for their good deeds?
