30 Days of Indonesia Day 18 - Fermenting Rice into Dessert (Tapai Ketan)
Hi Guys!
Hope this finds you well 🤗
I am on my way out soon, so this will not be too too long 😁 Today it's sunny and warm and just so nice, so, yep, need to soak up the sun, laying on the trampoline, in the backyard 😄🤩😄🤩
Today am waving hello to the ecoTrain community, another community that I joined awhile back but have yet to check them out properly, but am slowly trying to be active on Hive now that things at my house started to settle down a bit 🤩
Gardening topic might be perfect for ecoTrain but that would be my future sharing on the community. But for my 1st post today, imma share a fermentation method that I never thought of before, and experimented on it, because...hey, when there's a will, there's a way right?! 🤣
I succeeded in fermenting glutinous rice using microwave, woo-hoo! 💃🕺💃🕺

How BITTER is your life to my FOOD from my GARDEN?
Everyday we think about something to eat for us and for our family but if you have a mini Garden like what I have here, it is not difficult to think what you are going to prepare for lunch or dinner. The struggle is to your children! We all know that 75% of children around the world hate eating vegetables because of the strange taste! We must teach them little by little the importance of eating vegetables and there are other ways in how they will like eating vegetables and its taste. Like when they are still months old or 1 yrs old, do not give them any food except vegetables and fruits until they reach 5 years old.

A Model For The Prototype Earthship!!! ecoVillage Journal #22
I am very happy to present a new model for the ecoVillage prototype earthship home. I've been working hard on this design! It is based on one of my favourite sacred geometric shapes, the Fibonacci spiral. It was always a desire to build an earthship based on a spiral, and now after a lot of thought and work I think I have come up with something very interesting! The thing with designing Earthships is that function is as, if not more, important than appearance. If you can manage to blend the two together then that is a great result. This design is beautiful to look at, and is also design to perform very well in very hot and cold climates. The reasons for this will be explained in further posts as there is a LOT to say about this design. In this post i am just sharing this very first rough design with a rough layout. The interior design is really just an example to give you a sense of how the space could be used.

New trees added to my Hive Forest - Adopt a Tree for Charity!!!!
Since I launched my Hive Forest - Adopt a Tree for Charity initiative three days ago, I have been overwhelmed by the generosity and support received. I planned two weeks for all the 47 trees in my Hive Forest to be adopted, and guess what??!!!
43 trees have been adopted within 2 days and so far I have received 140 Hive and around 5.5 HBD donations!!!
90% of these funds will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society via @nickyhavey's 2020km Challenge. So on behalf of Nicky on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society, Thank you everyone!!!

Meditative Reflections
Third consecutive day today of 30 morning minutes of meditation. Today I even managed a 30 minute walk before hand, which is progress, after a few months/ years of regress!
It was tough sitting still this morning, compared to the last two days which were just fine, but I guess that was the novelty factor of 'getting back to it'.
Today the first 15 minutes, before my first 'interval bell' seemed like an eternity, not in a particular horrendous way, I was just feeling a bit fidgety.
